A New Skill
Is there a skill related to your hobby that you hope to learn one day? maybe you’re a crocheter who’d also like to knit? Maybe you’d like to learn to knit continental, knit backwards, try cables or attempt stranded colourwork.
Steeking. I know, every knitter wants to learn it and is terrified of it, so this is not a very creative post. But I want to do it, just once. It's my 2011 thing to learn. I pick one thing every year, and that's what's on topic for 2011. Simple as that, I want to learn how to cut apart my knitting and stick in a sewing machine!
That is so scary. After all that work knitting to take a pair of scissors to it! Yikes!!!!!
